User Account

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Products and Delivery

The products sold on SteamGames.io are Steam product keys. All keys are global (region free) and can be activated on a Steam account from any country. Keys are delivered automatically after the payment is confirmed and are available on the Orders page of your account. See How it works for details.

Refund Policy

• Key not delivered: if we cannot deliver a key you paid for, we retry automatically. If it still cannot be delivered, the amount paid for that item is returned to your wallet on the site automatically, and can be used for any other purchase.
• Key not working: if a key you received is invalid or already used, open a support ticket with the order and the error shown by Steam. We usually reply within 24 hours. After checking the key, we replace it or return its amount to your wallet.
• Key already activated: keys that were activated on a Steam account cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies that the website needs to work: to keep you logged in, remember your cart, protect forms against abuse and show messages after an action. These cookies are always active.

With your consent, we also use Google Analytics (cookies _ga and _ga_*) to measure visits, where they come from, sign-ups, wallet top-ups and orders. Google Analytics is only loaded after you click Accept on the cookie banner, and no advertising or personalization features are used. Right to Modify or Deactivate Accounts

SteamGames.io reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your account at any time for any reason, with or without notice. This includes the right to remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

SteamGames.io may change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content included on the website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of SteamGames.io or its content suppliers and is protected by international and national copyright laws.

Except as described in the Refund Policy above, the website and all products and services delivered to you through it are provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, without any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied.
